The Three Main Body Types

If you were to go out and examine the body of every single person in this world, you will soon see a pattern that comes up over and over again, you will notice several features are very similar on people, things like overall body shape, height; they may have big thighs and abdomen areas. Similar levels of fat whether they exercise or not. If you were to take in to account all these things and were to categorize people that are similar to each other, you should end up with three groups.

These 3 groups are Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph. Every single person on this earth can go into one these categories. There is a few indifferences and anomalies among certain people, but overall they can still be identified and put in to one of the body types.

The Ectomorph is characterised by these traits:

* The Definitive "Hard Gainer"
* Delicate Built Body
* Flat Chest
* Fragile
* Lean
* Lightly Muscled
* Small Shouldered
* Takes Longer To Gain Muscle

Things to Do to Keep Fit

It is not everyday that you get up from your bed refreshed. There are days or times you get up and notice that you are lazy, you don't feel any enthusiasm or bubbling at all. When this is the situation, just a five minute walk-out could be all that you need to warm up your energy and put your body in the right frame for the day.

This helps to burn fat around the hips and the flanks. Also, it knocks sleepiness out of the system. A good therapy for staying healthy always.

Lack of time is one of the many reasons why many of us fail to have enough work-out that our body needs so desperately. I remember when I first started personal training. I came to the gym, trained clients, collected payment , rinse then repeat. I had no idea how much I made on a given day, I kept poor records, I didn't have a separate business bank account.

When I filed my taxes, I missed out on all the benefits of having my own business and all the wonderful tax write offs that came with it! Today, I'm more focused on treating my Personal Training Business like a business. It has made BIG difference and my income has increased because of it. I recommend you visit a tax consultant and get your business set up like a business. Get advice on how to get the most from owning your own business. If you don't.. you will be leaving a lot of money on the table.

Let me tell you... It doesn't really matter how many personal training certifications you have, if you don't know how to market your training business. A personal trainer with just 1 certification and a huge knowledge of Sales & Marketing will eat up the Trainer with 50 degrees and certifications and no knowledge of how to Market his/her business!

You can know how to pronounce all the fancy muscle names, but if you aren't good at Sales and Marketing .. you will not make the kind of money you should. Health & Fitness is Hot right now! If you are not reaping the rewards of this Growing Market...your ability to Market yourself may be the reason. The best Personal Trainers have education, but they are also good at Marketing their business and themselves.

In summary, focusing on setting up your business and getting an understanding of sales and marketing will catapult your business threw the roof! Don't cheat yourself in this department, it can make or break you in the fitness industry.
