Most people have no idea the amount of toxins that have accumulated in their bodies. Even the healthiest people need a cleaning now and then.
Think about it like an oil change for your car. Every three months you take out the bad fluid and replace it with the clean stuff.
Our bodies are just like a machine. Occasionally they need a fresh start. They need a flush. If you don't clean out the pipes, they clog up and stop working properly.
